This Digital Product License Agreement (“License,” “Agreement”) explains how you may use the digital products purchased or downloaded from She Designs & Thrives™, Thrive Path™ Studio Hub, and Thrive Path™, owned and operated by SKJ Creative Studio LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

By purchasing or downloading any digital product (including PNG files, templates, guides, planners, mockups, and similar digital assets), you agree to be bound by this License.

This License applies to all digital products purchased individually or accessed inside the Thrive Path Studio Hub™.

1. License Overview

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable commercial-use license to use the files to create end products for personal or commercial use.

You do NOT receive ownership of the files — all rights remain with SKJ Creative Studio LLC.

2. What You CAN Do (Permitted Use)

You MAY use the digital products to create:

✔ Physical end products for sale, such as:

• Shirts

• Mugs

• Stickers

• Tumblers

• Printables

• Posters

• Cards

✔ Digital end products (flattened or non-extractable), such as:

• Digital prints (JPG, flattened PNG)

• Social media graphics

• Website graphics

• Marketing materials

• Branding for clients

✔ Use for commercial sales

You may create and sell unlimited physical or digital end products as long as the customer cannot extract the original files.

✔ Modify or customize the designs

You may add your own text, colors, graphics, and design elements.

3. What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Use)

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in license termination:

❌ You may NOT resell, share, or distribute the original files

This includes:

• Sharing files with friends

• Posting files in Facebook groups

• Uploading files to shared drives

• Emailing files to others

• Providing files as “freebies”

• Including files in digital “vaults”

• Adding files to a membership or subscription (other than your own personal use)

❌ You may NOT sell or distribute the files in any editable or extractable format

Examples:

• PNG

• SVG

• PSD

• AI

• EPS

• PDF that allows extraction

• Canva templates containing original files

• Procreate brushes using original artwork

❌ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own

All art must remain uncredited to SKJ Creative Studio LLC unless required by law.

❌ You may NOT use the designs to create competing products

Examples:

• PNG bundles

• Digital sticker sets

• Clipart packs

• Printable bundles sold as resources

• Any product marketed as “digital design files”

❌ You may NOT include these designs in any membership, course, workshop, or resource library unless you obtain written commercial redistribution permission, which is not offered at this time.

4. Extended Licensing

At this time, extended licenses for redistribution or mass production are NOT available.

5. Refunds

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

All artwork, digital products, courses, guides, and templates are the intellectual property of:

SKJ Creative Studio LLC, Texas, USA

You are granted a license to use the files, but ownership remains with the Company.

Unauthorized use, redistribution, or reproduction may result in legal action.

7. Termination of License

We may terminate your license without refund if you:

• Violate this Agreement

• Resell or redistribute files

• Claim artwork as your own

• Use files in prohibited ways

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the digital products in any capacity.
